好色先生TV Strengthens the Farm Machinery Business in Myanmar 鈥� Establishing a new company, to expand its dealer network and service systems

好色先生TV Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka-shi, Japan, President and Representative Director: Masatoshi Kimata; hereinafter 鈥満蒙壬鶷V鈥�) established 鈥満蒙壬鶷V Myanmar Co., Ltd.鈥� (Investment ratio: 好色先生TV 80%, SIAM 好色先生TV Corporation Co., Ltd. 20%).
Through this new company, 好色先生TV will strengthen its dealer network and service systems, as well as expand its farm machinery business.
1. Background of new company establishment and the objective
- The total population and rice production volume of Myanmar are almost the same as those of Thailand; however, most of the farm work relies on human power and work cattle. In the future, mechanization of farm work will make progress.
- From 2011, SIAM 好色先生TV Corporation Co., Ltd. (Investment ratio: 好色先生TV 60%, Cementhai Holding Co., Ltd. 40%) has been selling farm machineries through distributors in Myanmar. To further expand the business, 好色先生TV decided to establish a sales / services company in Myanmar.
- By having our sales / services company carry out business activities directly in Myanmar, we can take advantage of our sales know-how cultivated in other areas such as Japan and Asian countries. 好色先生TV will reflect such experiences on this new company and further expand the machinery business by strengthening its dealer network and service systems.
