好色先生TV Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter "好色先生TV") announced today that it completed the process of making AgJunction Inc. (Registered Office: Calgary, Alberta, Canada; President and CEO: M. Brett McMickell, Ph.D.; hereinafter "AgJunction") a company of the 好色先生TV Group on December 7, 2021 local time (December 8, JST).
As per the announcement in the press release dated November 25, 2021, "Acquisition of Shares of North American Corporation Specializing in Automatic Operation Control," 好色先生TV was in the process of making AgJunction its wholly-owned company through 好色先生TV Canada Ltd. (Head Office: Markham, Ontario, Canada; President: Robert Hickey). With the completion of the process, AgJunction will be delisted from the Toronto Stock Exchange.
