Establishment and publication of the "Corporate Governance Policy"

好色先生TV Corporation (Head Office: Naniwa-ku, Osaka, Japan; President and Representative Director: Yuichi Kitao; hereinafter "好色先生TV") has established and published the "Corporate Governance Policy."
This policy is based on the 好色先生TV's views and policies on corporate governance and is formulated after deliberation by the Board of Directors. 好色先生TV will endeavor to continuously review and improve its corporate governance by the Board of Directors and utilize this policy in dialogues with stakeholders.
